Where are you based and how can I see your work in person?

I’m currently based in Zurich, Switzerland. My studio hours are by appointment only, but if you’d like to schedule something, email info@thesalamaart.com prior to your visit to set up a time.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, I do. I ship worldwide including the USA, Australia, etc. Please send us an email about the shopping price and allow up to 3-4 weeks for international orders to arrive.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Each painting and print is carefully packaged and requires 3- 5 days for domestic orders. And up to 1-2 weeks for international orders to arrive. For commissions artwork, each painting and print requires time for drying, varnishing, and in some cases framing. Please allow up to 2-3 weeks for domestic orders and 3-4 weeks for international orders to arrive.

Is there a way I can preview what a painting would look like in my house?

Yes! I know how important seeing a painting in your space is. Simply email info@thesalamaart.com a picture of your blank wall. Be sure to capture it with bright and even lighting. I will then place the painting on your wall digitally and send it back for you to check out.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

Our payment options are safe.

Orders & Returns

How do I place an Order?

Artworks can be added to your shopping basket from the Product page.

  1. Visit the product page for the artwork you are interested in purchasing
  2. After you have reviewed all the provided details and are happy, click the button to right of the artwork image that says ‘Add to basket’.

You will automatically be taken to the your shopping basket. When you are ready to complete your purchase, simply click the Continue to Checkout button to enter the secure checkout process where you will be asked to provide your payment and delivery details.

How Can I Cancel My Order?

We do not accept cancellations. All sales are final.
Contact us if you have any problem with your order.
Shipping costs for returns are borne by the buyer. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

How can I Change My Order?

We accept changes. Contact us within 7 days from delivery.
Return items to us within 14 days of delivery.

How Can I Return a Product?

All sales are final. Exceptions are made in case of any damage incurred during shipping. If this happens, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your artwork.
